APPOINTMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY Thank you for choosing Noir & Blondee Hair Studio! Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. To respect both my time and the schedules of other clients, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. • Cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will be charged 40% of the booked service amount. • No-shows will be charged 40% of the booked service amount. • Clients who no-show or repeatedly cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice may be required to pay a non-refundable deposit before booking future appointments. • Deposits are applied toward the service total on the day of your appointment. • Emergencies and illnesses will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
